Step 1
Book prior to 30 June 2023 by clicking ‘Book your HomeCycle Collection’, or over the phone by calling (03) 9386 8702.
Step 2
Box or bag items separately, in to household items, including clothing, shoes and handbags. Larger items that cannot be placed in a box, place neatly next to the other items.
Leave items outside in a safe and accessible spot near your front door the night before your collection day. Please ensure no other items are left by your front door and collected by mistake.
Step 3
The accepted items will be collected on your booked collection day and an SMS notification will be sent once items are collected.

HomeCycle is for Whitehorse residents only.
Once you have completed your booking request, you will receive an email and sms confirmation to confirm your booking, along with reminder text messages in the days before your collection.
Limited to one collection per household.
Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you don’t receive your confirmation email.
Standard bookings close on Monday for a Wednesday collection, and Large Furniture bookings occur at the end of the month and close on Tuesday for a Thursday collection.
If you have large furniture items as well as clothing and household items, these will be collected in one booking under ‘Large Furniture’ booking and at the end of the month.
What type of booking?
Standard Collections are all items including clothing, small household items, bric-a-brac and Small furniture – limit of 2 cubic meters per household
Large Furniture Collections are all items including clothing, small household items, bric-a-brac and Large furniture – limit of 2 cubic meters per household
